is there a way to save a dvd to your hard drive with the nero show time option?

Do you mean a purchased DVD-Movie? If so NO... you would need a program like Slysoft AnyDVD or DVDFab to decrypt the content and take the contents of the disc and "rip" them to your hard drive.

with nero 6 i want to rip only part of a soundtrack from a non commercial dvd...which nero 6 option should i use?
