You want to create a disc image? You can do this with Nero by selecting the Image Recorder and then doing a disc copy. I find ImgBurn to be the easiest way to make images though.

+1 on ImgBurn. I find ImgBurn so useful, I still haven't burned a disc with Nero 10. Too bad audio CDs cannot use ISO files. ImgBurn does do a good job making BIN/CUE files for audio CDs though. That or Exact Audio Copy.

With imgburn? I'm pretty sure it just saves them to wav format. If you want to rip and encode, there are other apps for that. Of course, you're not going to get it in a nice bin/cue or iso format. Just a bunch of mp3 files.

It will save to a wav file with a cue sheet. Most burning programs handle these fine. Unfortunately, ImgBurn cannot get the track titles for CD text unless they are already on the CD. Exact Audio Copy is more flexible for ripping. It can rip to wav, encode to mp3 using LAME, Flac, etc.
