Winoncd 3.8 on Win XP

I tried to install Winoncd 3.8 poweredition on Win XP. When I run it I get a error message on XP & it closes the software. What could be the problem?

Check out Roxio's Service Packs. There's "XP Wizard for WinOnCD 3.8 Power Edition SR2"...
