AOPEN CRW 3248 buffer underrun!!

AOPEN CRW 3248 buffer underrun!! Supposed to be buffer underrun proof.

Just Link technology is supposed to avoid this: Recently the reading buffer falls to 0% and whole system freezes, leaving cd-r ruined.

I've been using the burner w/no problem during 3 months on an Athlon AMD 1600 XP+ with a SIS 6326 AGP card...It seemed to work fine!

This happens suddenly, two or three days ago!

Anyone knows why the hell can this happen??

thx in advance to everyone!!

It does sound like an application/OS/driver fault. I have had this problem once before, with Nero; upgrading to the latest version sorted my problem out (by upgrading you are replacing files with newer versions, so often a corrupt file can be replaced as part of the install process).
