Well.. I can see them stopping production of CD-RW drives in favor of DVD writers, but not altogether.

Here's the translation for the lazy:

Yamaha stops the business with CD burners. "we concentrate in the future on Consumer Electronics and music devices", said the speaker of the Yamaha IT range, Matthias Loeffler, opposite heise on-line.
