P2P and ISP logging...

I read somewhere that ISPs may be pressured into keeping track of users of P2P swapping. ANyone come across this story in the news? Wasn't there a broadband company that agreed to full compliance or something?

That sucks, because the price of CD's are so out of hand. If the CD rocks, I'll buy it.
