Memorex 48MAXX firmware

Memorex 48MAXX firmware

I flashed my Memorex 48MAXX succesfully to a 52X Lite-On but am having problems burning CD-RW's. I wanted to flash it back to the original firmware for troubleshooting but lost it along with everything else a few months ago. I was hoping somebody either has it or can get it for me. Thanks in advance.

Never mind. I found another post with this link: http://www.alexander-noe.de/Firmwares and it had it. That windows flash program is excellent. Didn't fix the problem so looks like maybe it's just a bad disc.

I think this drive was OEM LiteOn LTR-48125S or 48125W but as wrote before is OEM LTR-48126S to flashing 52x.
Any idea if this drive (and firmware) was older available base OEM LiteOn LTR-48125S or 48125W ?

This is a 48x24x48 drive not 48x12x48.

I have a Memorex 48MAXXv2 drive (the v2 is how Memorex differentiates the 48x12x48 and the 48x24x48 models). It is flashed with 6WS3 for the 52MAXX right now, but has been flashed with pretty much every firmware possible incliding the 6S0* firmwares for the LTR-52246S without problems.

That is the same drive I have. What made you go with the 52MAXX firmware instead of the Lite-On? Just curious.

No reason. I just used that one to test out MTK WinFlash...
