How can write MY Own Application for HP CD writer?

HI gurus,
I wan to develop application which will burn CD in simple ISO 9660 format only on HP CD-writer. I already developed this application using NERO SDK. But HP writer is not bundled with NERO. is there any thing SDK or library available to do it
