Microcenter has Verbatim 4X DVD+R 15-spindle discs on sale for $18.99 making it $1.27 per disc before tax until 8/31:

If you don't have a Microcenter store near you, this may not be a good deal since they charge $5 (per order)+$0.99(each item) for shipping and handling, making it $1.67 per disc before tax. If you order two spindles, the cost per disc drops to $1.50. See their shipping information chart:

I like Microcenter because they always have their monthly specials fully stocked, unlike BestBuy or OfficeMax. It's just too bad that they only have 20 stores open so far.
Edited: Just found out that the media code: RICOHJPNR01 is the same as those of TDK and Memorex brands of 4X DVD+R discs.
