I found the Plextor 48/24/48 CD-RW cost about $110 in China ,.Who can
tell me how much it costs in Europe??Sorry for my poor English!!

I don't know about Europe, but in the U.S. you can get the Plextor PX-W4824TA/SW starting at $56 including shipping.
