Highest Safe Temperature?

What is the highest safe temperature for a Socket370 PPGA Celeron 366 CPU?

According to Intel the max is 85C.

Seemed very hot to me also. What temperature is yours running at?

The highest temp I've seen with the current heat sink is about 36 degrees C, but it was idle, not at full load.

I mention the "current heat sink" because the fan on the last one began causing trouble, so I replaced the heat sink yesterday.
