Is this the fastest (rated speed) CD burner out there?

Is this the fastest CD-RW on the market?

Yes, I was only talking about rated speed (which I mentioned in the title, but not my post).

The difference in burn time between 52X and 54X is essentially negligeable, but I guess for bragging rights it is #1. ,

I am more than happy with my three very cheap (thanks to rebates and coupons) LiteOn 52X drives, which I hardly use now that DVD burning is so practical, fast, and even affordable.

It just shows that I have indeed been in DVD burning land.

Between work, my girlfriend and DVD burning, I am too busy (and not anywhere near as interested to be honest) to keep up with CD burning. I still come to the CD forum once in a while, but, as you know, I mainly prowl the DVD
forum.
