Probably some generic CMC's...

That's not a good price at all.

This past week Best Buy had a buy 1 get 1 free deal for $19.99, which is okay, I suppose.

29.99 CAD is only 22.35 USD. Just about the same price, not a big difference.

Yes, I would say definitely CMC discs. I've seen the Office Depot brand only use CMC discs, therefore I have no reason to think otherwise.
