your bottleneck might be the rivaTNT...

"32MB dx9 compatible card with hardwre transform & lighting support" is minimum requirement (on game box)

you have a good system

it will run fine with the nvidia forceware 52.16 and directx 9b installed,
but like the eliminator says your bottleneck might be the rivaTNT you have to turn the grphics detail low and resolution down to play it

the game has superb directx 9 visual effects and a very fast action as well as EAX sound that will consume a lot of memory bandwidth, i personally dont like to play a $50 game like max payne2 on riva tnt2.

i would suggest you upgrade atleast to the geforce 2mx 64mb or better.

i would realy not recomend your graphics for this game because it will slow it down alot and u wont have the full power of the game i reccomend a geforce 4 mx 440 at least or better.(even this graphics card wont show the full power of the game)
I have a LG GCE-8520B 52/24/52
and Samsung CD-ROM SC-148T

It should work but your video card is going to slow the rest of it down. You could get a Ti 4200 pretty cheap now and get about 90 percent of the games capabilities. I have one and most of the time it works just fine with my AMD 1800+ except it will slow down ocasionaly when the video is really busy. I hear the new Nvidea 5700 is a good bang for buck and some of the lesser ATI cards like maybe a 9600.
