MP4/AAC Encoders?

Anyone know of a GOOD encoder for Ahead's Mp4/AAC? Something like a plug in for WinLAME or CDex? I really don't like Nero for encoding...maybe if it had a "output is same as souce directory" and delete after encode option...

Changed from a Winamp plugin ? to this. Found it :)
Soon to be proud user of Mandrake 10 (again!). SuSE 9 sucks!
