NEC 2500A 8x DVD+/-R 4x+RW 2x-RW

Can someone tell me if this drive supports speed throttling via tools like nero CD speed or CD throttle?

Also, why are their no reviews of NEC drives here?

1. Wrong section for the forum... this is probably why no one answered you until now.
2. NEC does not sell retail versions of their drives in the US. We've taken a look at a number of NEC drives sold under other brand names though.
