Does anyone have any expertise with DVDXCOPY Platinum>?

How do I get the program to differentiate between DVD-R media and DVD+R media when burning?

I can't find a source option to select media? Does the program do it itself?

I also bought the product. It seems to be for the 'ease of use' and not user options.

After eating the cost, I switched to the free dvdshrink.

Live and learn as they say.

I bought DVDXCopy Express and used it a couple of times.

I also ended up using DVDShrink to make a backup of the DVD to fit on one DVD to my hard drive, then use Nero to back it up to a DVD.
