http://pdaphonehome.com

My work-provided Kyocera 7135 SmartPhone now rings like an AT&T/Bell Labs original telephone. Gotta love the retro...and I love MP3 ringer support, too.

At least with my phone (LG 6000), I can email myself a midi file and use that as a ring tone.

I have a plain-jane Samsung flip from Sprint (the A460 I believe) as my home phone and it does MIDI ringers just fine. I'd bet yours does too.
