SONY CD-RW CRX195E1 JUST STOPPED WORKING

I have been using my Sony CRX195E1 for ages now with no problems and it has all of a sudden just stopped recognising that there is a disc loaded!!!

Accronging to the control panel all is working ok!

Can anyone help me please.

It does not recognize any type of disc: CD-R, CD-RW, pressed CD?

If it does not recognize anything, the drive may need to be replaced. If you are at your wits end and nothing works, contact Sony regarding repair/replacement.
