The inner ring of the disc appears to be shaded, which is reminiscent of TY.

In the first pic here, the middle ring looks clear. But in the second pic, it looks frosted kinda like TY disc. I think its a 50/50 chance what you get but I'm leaning on either CMC, Ritek, or ProDisc.

On the other hand, at least one person has indicated that Plasmon doesn't make discs themselves, and have been the victims of people stealing their ATIP and making inferior media. So some of the bad experiences people have reported may be due to unauthorized usage of ATIP codes by unscrupulous vendors:
