The fastest way is to just use your fastest reader that does Clean speedy DAE to read from and feed it to the 52 burner. The surest way is to use the best reader to make a image to the Hard drive and burn from the image. I do on the fly reader to burner copies all the time and most of the time they come out just fine as long as the original disk is in good shape.
With buffer under run protection it will come out OK even if it does have a few slowdowns. I use my 166s DVD drive as the reader and run it into my 52 and it seems to keep up OK even though it's slower at reading then the burner is at writing, If you want to be pretty sure try a test simulation burn first. If it's critical or your doing a bunch of copies make the image first and eat the extra time. If your drives support DMA mode make sure it is enabled or your going to have problems and slow burns becuase of it.

I'd burn using an image read back on the Lite-On because that TDK definitely won't be able to feed the data to the burner fast enough unless you burn pretty slowly, and that would rather defeat the point of having a fast burner. Also, you won't have to worry about the minor imperfections caused by the paused burn when you use the image. I hope that helped! :D
