Dear folks,
agter many months of ripping/writing/auditioning, I came to the conclusion that whatever system you use, you always get different results.
On my reference audio system, every disc burned with my three different recorders, sounds different.
I got BY FAR the absolutely best results by using the discontinued Yamaha CRW-F1SX external SCSI model, in Audio Master Quality Recording mode, with a specially designed power transformer and a specially designed power cord, always at x1 speed! My copies sound now much better than the original discs, it is a very easy task for everybody to undesrtand it!
I am really mad with the absolute sound quality obtainable, that's why I am using this machine and so ridiculously priced audio components.
