Why do you need the .bin format? I don't think you can use mtkflash with this drive. I used LG's official updater and the flash worked fine.

My LG CED-8120B is dead. I want to try recover it with mtkflash.

I can try to extract the firmware tomorrow. However, I really do not believe that this drive is compatible with mtkflash or mtkwinflash.

Just determined that this drive uses an OAK chipset; not mediatek which goes with mtkflash.
