I'm looking for a good retailer that stocks 90minute CD-Rs. I would also like some recomendations on brands to purchase.
I'm looking for people with personal experience either 1st or second hand... The reason I ask is because I'd like to burn some mixes that are over 85 minutes and I checked my usual retailers, but none had 90 minute discs. The few retailers I looked at that did have 90 minute disks charged an arm and a leg for shipping.
.. so were is a good place to buy 90 minute discs either online or locally for a guy in Kansas City? If I find a retailer, what brans should I look for or avoid?

Look for Ritek 90min or 99min CD-Rs. Prodisc 90min+ CD-Rs are ok too. Avoid CMC 90min+ CD-Rs at all costs. Don't buy Melody or CM 90min or 99min CD-Rs.
RiData and Traxdata are Ritek.

Here are some links to online vendors:
http://www.shop4tech.com/user.htm?go=vi ... _scata=106 - Ritek discs sold here; good vendor too, I have purchased from them before.
http://www.qtccdr.com/product-detail.cf ... 2DL&unit=Y - Ritek discs here too, and, speaking from personal experience, the vendor is reputable.
http://www.allmediaoutlet.com/9099minutes.html - Both 90 and 99 minute discs, manufacturer unknown. I have ordered from All Media Outlet before and they, too, are good.
http://www.atdiscount.com/community/cdr ... 9007/90037 - More Ritek, but I cannot vouch for the vendor since I have never used them before.
http://www.inc-tech.com/shopping/index.asp?ca=260&cas=0 - No idea who makes these discs, nor do I know how good this vendor is.

Thanks guys. I am an LG guy and love my Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim discs, so haven't given Ritek's much of a chance. I'll see how these discs work for me.
Thanks again,
-Blake

well, since neither Taiyo Yuden, nor Mitsubishi/Verbatim make 90min or 99min CD-Rs, you'll have to branch out a bit.
trust me, you DON'T want to play with the CMC oversized media!

LG only puts their logo on CD-R's, they don't manufacture the actual discs. I've seen them use CMC, Prodisc, and one or two other manufacturers for discs.

Some people despise CMC, others, including me, don't. I never had a problem with CMC discs. I never had a problem with Prodisc either.
