HELP! LG - GCC 4320B

My combo drive (LG - GCC 4320B) failed to read CD-R/RW and DVDs
but it can still read CD-Roms. =(
It happened after I burned a CD and it failed.
Guys, I need your help on this.

1st thing I wuold do is cold boot (thinking it's a software problem)... if that doesn't help you could try the burner in another computer...(stillsoftware problem) If that doesn't help you probably have a problem with the drive.. try flashing firmware or just RMAing the drive from the retailer or manuf.

xycloke, I'm having the same problem. After flashing the firmware to version 1.02 my GCC 4320B stopped playing DVDs.
Does anybody can us?

If a firmware upgrade does not work, then do as blakerwry instructed and return the drive to the store where you bought it from or the manufacturer. Hopefully one of the two places will accept it and send you a replacement drive even after you flashed the firmware.
