Do you live in the greater Vancouver area? if so there is a place in burnaby called Crystal mall, in crystal mall is a store called "Sky One Video" where they sell Some REALLY good quality "Yamaha" 20x, and "That's" CD-Rs. They are $13.00 and $15.00 respectively for 25pks. I wouldn't really suggest anything else from that store, especially the melody products, but they have some REALLY nice disc wallets!

and *NO* the princo crap from NCIX.com is NOT good. I know NCIX VERY well, in fact I'm on a first name basis with thier recordable media suppliers, and EVEN their suppliers think they are asses (well, ok, only one of the 2 does).

BTW: Sky One Video is just the front for www.asyousee.com so you can get the address for it there, although the website is not updated very often. Here's the contact page with Sky One Video's address: http://www.asyousee.com/contact.htm

I don't like to recommend brand names, because they change quite often. But generally there is one way to remain fairly safe. If the media says made in Japan on it, it's usually a safe bet.

check out this website: http://www.canadacomputers.com/media.html

those guys are closer to your area, so shipping will be cheaper!

I suggest
the Prodisc 48x/Smart Buy 48x (same thing! Prodisc)
The FujiFilm 48x (probably made by Taiyo Yuden) or
The Maxell 40x CD-Rs (probably made by Ritek)

they got some good prices there too!
