NEC ND-1300A problem with CDRW used on another drive
Posted: Sat Aug 09, 2003 1:35 pmI have NEC ND-1300A CDRW installed on my new PC running XP. The software is Ahead Nero Express which came with the PC and drive.
On my old PC, which runs ME, I have a Cyberdrive running Ahead burning ROM 5.5.6.9 which was supplied with the drive. Any CDRW which I erase on the Cybrerdrive and which is then reported as being a blank CDRW will not be read on the new Machine as a CDRW. I cannot carry out any erasing or burning on the disk transferred from the old machine. My new NEC drive works ok on fresh CDRW that I load. I am mainly using TDK 12x CDs. Any ideas?
