I want to ask what the speed to burn Music CD is most suitable. Because when I burn it fast, for 40X-52X, the music will have problems. My burner is Lite-On 52327S. Thx a lot.

It depends on media and source [from the harddrive or on the fly].

I burn b/w 24x up to 40x even on that same burner you have [which is on the fritz now].

Honestly as long as you don't hear any problems [pops, crackles...] then it should be fine.

I burn music and data at 52x, and the resulting discs have always worked fine for me.

I have Lite-On's 48246S and force it on 16X when burning audio CDs, just because. :p I've read CLV is the most reliable and 16X is the fastest CLV, so...

Not have tested much since I got the Lite On 52327S after the 48246S broke down. Still I do know that 16x burns a lot better on most media as 52x. Based on error levels and jitter which you both want low.
For TY media this means a difference in C1 0f 5 times.
avg on 52x is 1
avg on 16x is below 0.2
