CDR still clipping final half-second of audio!

I've posted about this before, so I apologize if this is tedious to read again, but . . . When I burn a CDR from audio files on my hard drive, the final half-second or so of each audio file is missing from the CD track. I've now tried it on two different drives (CDRW and DVDRW), with different brands of media (imation and Audiobahn) and different software (Easy CD Creator and RecordNow DX). I've checked the original audio files on my HD, and they're fine -- no missing half-second. I can't understand what's going on. Any ideas? Thanks

I can only say one thing now.Take the files you want to burn on some other computer and then burn them on that computer.

Are you sure it's not juat a problem with your software CD player?
Tried playing them on a real CD player?

You need to insert a 1 or 2 second pause between tracks,RecordNow DX calls it "pre-gap" and defaults to 0 seconds.Nero calls it "Pause" and defaults to 2 seconds...Not sure about Easy CD Creator.
Here's how:
After loading tracks into RecordNow DX select all of them(ctrl A),then hit the pre-gap icon and select 75(1 sec.) or 150(2 sec.).

rdgrimes, you're a genius, and I'm an idiot. It wasn't the burner, it was Winamp clipping the final half-second off each track. Sincere thanks to everyone who replied.
