CD-RW vs Combo Drive
Posted: Sun Aug 22, 2004 1:40 amI have been very happy with my Lite-on 48x writer. However, due to space requirements, I need a combo drive cd-rw and dvd-rom. I am looking to buy one of the Lite-on combo drives.
My question is, Are the lite-on combo drives as good or better at backingup games (using CloneCD, etc) when compared to the cd-rw only drive. The reason I purchased the lite-on to begin with was of its ability to backup games. What specifications do I need to look for when buying a new one. Thanks.
