Hi there...I bought a 700 MB Samsung CD-RW and formatted it using InCD. I noticed that the capacity of the disc was significantly reduced after the format...why is that? Can I return the disc to the factory state..I mean before the formatting, and will the disc still be accessiblee by ordinary CD drives? How can I make sure that people with ordinary CD-ROMs can read my CD-RW disc? Is it necessary that the disc should be formatted using UDF software? Sorry if I sound ambiguous, but I'm new to the CD-RW discs. Thanks in advance

>>Yes, you can erase it. This process removes the file system and data from the disc.

>>To put it simply.. don't use UDF. Create your CD using a normal Mode 1 data track and finalize it. You can do this with Nero.
