printed cdr in bulk

i have seen them beeing sold in places like bagkok...
and they come in loads of diferent designs from paterns to pictures to just colours...
i cannot find anyone that sells them online for a good deal (about 8p to 10p) only found one site that is 5inch.com but they r asking almost £1.35 each javascript:emoticon('[-X')
wondering if anyone could help me out...
i was looking into buying 100 of each design
i live in london so shops that do them in london would be great too
