Hp 8210e recognized by XP & Nero but no operational Func
Posted: Fri Jan 24, 2003 12:41 amI do have a HP 8210e(external burner) from 4 years ago, is being recognized by windows XP and Nero but fails to function either in writing or reading process. I don't hear any spining from the drive. Has any one faced this type problem? or some one might have any idea for fixing the problem. When I try to access the drive I get the message "insert the CD in drive" even though the CD is already in the drive.
