May I know will I be able to burn at the 52X full speed with the blank Cd from Mitsumi (48X) with my new Lite On LTR-52246S 52X burner ??

Please kindly advise.

Yes, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to do that. Also, 52x media should be out soon. If you don't reach 52x full steam, you will surely be very close to it.
