This massage apears with CD-R and CD-RW. Then I extract the files from image file with winISO and burned successful. I have no problems burning files from Hard Drive or copy CD. What is the problem?[/quote]

Winoncd 5 is very "light" in installation and more fast in burning CDrs from HD for DATA backup purposes, than other burning software.....but there are some bugs on it !

1) "Doesn't like" some brands or recorders ! even installed Service packs .
Maybe leave it in original condition. Use Aspi drivers 4,6
2) It hasnt reliable Audio ripping at all ,many errors
3) Doesn't easy work image files ,so must use other program ,a very good one is Discjuggler...
4) Try make image directory in "C:\windows\temp" with deletetion every time finished Winoncd
5) Avoid have Nero and Winoncd in same OS

Personally test , burn 700MB CDR (TY) at 1':45'' with Liteon 48125W !!

Well, every burning application has bugs.

1. Service Packs usually don't add support for new devices. You have to apply a new uniDRV driver pack. Installing an ASPI is not recommended as it confuses the one included.

2. WinOnCD relys on the drive. If it does DAE with errors, lower DAE speed or use a third party program like Exact Audio Copy and enable Secure mode...

3. It supports only its own C2D images and true ISOs.

5. These two work fine together. Just don't run them at the same time.

Note that WinOnCD starts a time countdown after lead-in is finished and stops when lead-out starts. So add at least 30 seconds and you'll get a more appropriate burn time.

I also have used stopwatch...burning in "create multissession CD" mode Leadin-out is total 5-10sec .

If use different burn software combination ,sometimes need .In my PC installation ,CDRW drive not working eg if dont install general Aspi drivers CDrwin (it's own drivers included too) not work !

I can't get WinOnCD 5 PE to work well either.

I can make VCD & SVCD, but I can't copy an audio disc, nor can I compile and burn one.

The whole program hangs about 10 seconds into the burn.

XP Home SP1
256mb PC133
1GHZ P3 (not over clocked).
Soyo MB

I installed EZ CD 4 and it works fine (circa 1998/1999 too).
