Can someone tell me about these cd-r's?

Can someone tell me if who makes the following cd-r's and if they are worth getting (it's a pretty good deal if they're not junk). I'm sure someone around here has tried these out before.

I've used their 40x discs. They were made by Ritek and were kinda crappy. If you wrote to them at anything faster than 32x, you risked getting C2 errors.

Black discs are overrated anyway.

Are all memorexs Ritek made?

In America the vast majority are CMC. Some are TY as well, although not so many these days.

If you are in the GTA, you might want to check out www.canadacomputers.com.

They're selling 100 pcs of Ritek for $30+tax.

NOTE
I've never tried that Ritek spindle but I would if I didn't already have so many pieces of media around already.
