Even if it didn't come with the retail package, Plextools is a free program and full versions are easy enough to find on the internet. Once the full version is installed, it can be updated to the current version on Plextor Europe's website.
It sure beats the lousy Plextor Manager software that is pushed on us in the U.S. - especially since that won't even work with XP.
