AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

After re-formatting my pc i then wanted to reload all my programs that i had saved to disc the disc had not been closed and finalized.

I had around 50 programs including a lot of business files 'invoices, letter headings, business cards etc.

After copying only 6 programs from the disc it crashed and the whole disc is now corrupted.

I ran scan disc in EZCD 5 Plat. and although it recovered all the files it only saved them as REC000001 REC000002 etc up to REC000050

The disc is corrupted but i live in hope that someonre here can help me recover some if not all of my data.

Please help me CDRLabs your my only hope!!!!!!!!!!!

ManWithaPlan,

I assume that your problem is with a multisession CDR recording in which the session was not closed. Is this correct?

If so, in Easy CD Creator 5, in Disc / Disc Information there are a couple of options that may help. Read Track saves data tracks to an ISO file. Finalize Session will close the final session on the disc.

There is an interesting comparative test report of various CDR-RW error recovery software at CD-RW Recovery Report - Interim.
