This is the error message I get on one of my machines when I try to run either Easy CD Creator 5.3.4.21 SP1 or version 4.05 S1.

We have multiple machines with the same DVD combo drive using EZCD 5 and there are no problems! Only this one machine!

Windows 2000
drive= HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4320B
Roxio version 5.3.4.21 sp1

Help! Even a driver update would be nice but they are no where to be found.

Welcome to CDRLabs!

You might want to try downloading the latest updates from the Roxio web site. These updates fix bugs and add drive support.

Edit: Also, you won't need a driver update; Windows supplies the only driver you'll need.

the newest version is 5.3.5.10. try it.
