Are you talking about Roxio's packet writing software, Drag-to-Disc?

You should be able to go into Add/Remove Programs and then modify the settings for Easy Media Creator Suite.

There won't be a listing for Drag-to-Disc. It will be for the entire suite.
Otherwise try rerunning the installer. It may give you options to uninstall, repair or modify the install.

And you can't uninstall it via add/remove programs? Then you're out of luck I think.

I haven't had many problems with the last few version's of Roxio's suite.
How are you installing/uninstalling your software anyway? The problems you're having seem to happen quite often.

hi
well its part of the drop and drag option.i thought i uninstalled it the usual
way from the add and delete list.the trouble is roxio does not have a good
uninstaller 4 it.is there a free software that will help me remove it besides
ccleaner?/
