When I try to Install it gives me alot of error's about the registry and also says drive not supported. Then when I try to run it shows on the tasks bar, but won't come up on the desktop, it does not show in add remove programs so I can not delete it.

Please any help at all?

Have you followed the instructions on Roxio's site for installing on XP?

There are some updates you need to install in a specific order. I don't know it off hand since I don't use Roxio crap. ;-)
