http://www.nero.com only lists Nero 5.5.10.28. Did I miss something?

the file is usually placed on the ftp servers a short while before they officially announce it on the website.

i installed it, i noticed one problem
sony-dru 500a only burn at 24x for CDs, i can no longer burn below that...

But why do you want to burn at less than 24x?

I see.

I usually burn at the fastest speed that my burner can burn (assuming the media can handle it) because the quality is "good enough", and I have sometimes seen decreases in quality with slower speeds.

Solved a small caching problem while trying to drag and drop files from a CD-ROM
Speed up UDF compilation verification
Fixed a problem with CD TEXT on Mixed Mode CD and CD EXTRA which only occurred in rare cases

Added several new recorders
Added multi-session mode for HD-BURN
