Burning an ISO

I downloaded a game iso from Kazaa it was named .exe so I changed it to .iso. Using Nero I chose burn image and selected the iso I wanted, but then I get this message titled "Foreign Image File": The entered block size does not correspond to the image length. The block size may be wrong. Do you want to correct the value or ignore the problem?
If I ignore it it does not burn right, any help?

How do you know that the file is an ISO image file?

If it had the .EXE file extension, it may be an executable file.

Did you try opening the file with the original .EXE extension?
