Overburning to Create Data CD's
Posted: Tue Jun 24, 2003 2:58 amI've used NERO to overburning in the past with my 800 Mb Cd's for creating Music CD's and its worked great. But now i'm trying to create a Data cd that uses most of the 800 MB on my cd-r and it refuses to over burn. It says that my medium is to small for the amount of data that i'm using. How can i overburn with a data cd? I wrote to Ahead's tech support and they saw in the screenshot that the data i'm trying to burn was video. they suggested spliting the file useing third party software and creating 2 vcd's or svcd's. Although that might work, that does not answer the question of why i can not overburn when creating a data CD. Does anyone know why this won't work?
