Quick Babel-translation for non-German speakers:
Since Nero Burning Rom 6,0,0,15 is not to be over-burned it unfortunately any longer possible CDs. The support of Ahead makes however since short a Patch available for this problem. You get the Patch on request via email von Ahead dispatched. If you to Ahead to turn would not like to be able to do you the Patch also with us to download!
I'm too lazy to translate it myself into proper English, but i think you get the point.
Supposedly it's from Ahead, but no sign of it on ther website or FTP-servers.
