Aopen cdrw media problem

i have problem with aopen's cdrw disk.in nero the following error stop the whole process "focus or tracking error" the recorder crw5224 LED is flashing forever........ than i bought verbatim cdrw disk it worked fine.i bunt mix cd with nero both with data track and audio tracks but now i can only see the data on it, not the audio tracks in windows
.nero shows both data and audio tracks fine.i can't find the multi mounter any where as in nero pdf file to read multi sessens cds.
any suggestions thanks.
