missing InCd 3.X driver file

I have been using InCd for packet writing only once , but later when I load in the same cd, my system hung and from then on I can't use anymore InCd. Error message saying that one driver file is missing, when I tried to formate the CD, after 20 minutes of processing and while it was checking for damages and who know what on the CD.
Anyone has any idea what driver file can be missing and where I can get it back?
