Nero having problems burning with CD-RW's

I'm trying to burn a bin file to a cd-rw. Nero burns the bin file to cd-rw, but when its finshed burning. I check the cd-rw and nothing is written on it. I tryed burning a audio cd and that didn't show anything on the cd-rw too. I started having this problem a week ago.
Any help would be apperchated

what media are you using?
try a different brand CD-RW.
can you successfully burn the same .bin to a CD-R disc?

I'm using Melody CD-RW's and i've tried Maxwell CD-RW, they didn't work either. I haven't tried burning the .bin on a CD-R.

i can only recommend Verbatim CDRW media. the best CDRW media IMO.
try burning the files to CDR (to make sure the problem isn't with the actual files).

When i test one of the Bad CD-RW's in Nero Cd Speed. I got this:

Is Error reading TOC (code 052400) causing the files not to be burned on the CD-RW?

could very well be. seems quite a reasonable assumption.
