When I try to put *.wav file into compilation window of audio CD, I get the message: "Cannot add file *.wav The file format is not supported."
For Nero 5.xxx this operation works very well, what is the problem?

Thanks for help

Sounds like our software did not install properly. You may wish to uninstall our software using our Nero Clean tool from our webiste. And then after a reboot. DOwnload a fresh copy of our Nero 6.3.1.15 software and install, and see if your issue is resolved.

Or you can go to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins and see if the wav.dll file is loaded. If not, this would be the reason for you problems. A fresh install is the only solution, or go to another system that our software is installed on, and working properly, and simply copy the wav.dll file from that system to your system.

Craig

At my machine, 63.1.15 worked fine under WIN98SE with WMA-plugin, but when I updated to 63.1.17 after a week WAV/MP3/WMA didn't work anymore, about three weeks correspondence with NeroTechSupport Germany, still WMA don't work to compilation CD....
I've managed to get myself MP3 and WAV working again, at Ahead they can't find the problem.

I'll be waiting for the next Update!

Otherwise I will try to get back to an earlier version that worked fine!
