When burning a movie which exceeds a dvd5, vision express greys out the burn icon, so it has to be written to a folder. However when burning a movie that fits a DVD5, both my burner, and the image recorder are available?

Any help anyone.

Actually that sounds like very reasonable behaviour to me. If you create an image (with the image recorder) you do want it to fit on a disc.

It might be a bit different if you're planning to create a DL-disc. Ahead may have to add an option when this becomes more common.
